Refund policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • To reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice via email.
    • Notice given 24-72 hours in advance will receive a 50% credit toward rescheduling.
    • Unfortunately, no credit will be issued for notice provided less than 24 hours before the class.

  • The studio is not responsible for cracked or damaged pieces, as imperfections like cracks are a natural part of the ceramic process.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pottery pieces that shipped via mail or currier. If a pottery piece arrives broken or damaged to you, we will send you a new item upon picture prove of the damage.
