Bread pot - handmade black stonware

This handmade ceramic baking pot is a special closed-in pot that is suitable to be used in a home oven. Using lightweight, food safe, easy to clean ceramics, it replaces heavy cast iron pots and cumbersome breadmakers. The pot is made from natural materials (Buff Speckled Clay) and covered inside with high quality blue glaze to prevent the food from sticking to the ceramics. The top closes the bottom tight to prevent the steam from escaping, which improves the baking process. The shape of the pot allows the heat to distribute evenly inside the pot and shorten the time of the bake and cooling period. You start the baking with the pot closed for 20 min and then open to create the crust. This pot can also be used as a stew pot to cook vegetables, beef, chicken and fish in the oven. This unique and amazing pot will quickly become your favorite in the kitchen.

WARNING
Stoneware gives amazing taste to you dishes by allowing even heat distribution. It also retains heat for a longer period of time. It can be used for anything you’d bake in an oven or microwave. 
Although It is food, dishwasher, oven and microwave safe, you must avoid thermal shock at all times by letting the dish heat up with the oven and avoid putting the dish into a hot oven. You should wait until it has cool down to room temperature before you wash and never use on the stove top (even with a heat diffuser). You should always use a trivet when hot (preferably cork, straw, silicone or wood). You can also soak it into water to wash or use steel wool to clean.
